Environmental impact assessment is the perspective and development potentiality tool for environmental protection and resource management project at present. It can be appraised developing influence caused toward environment to protect the environment in advance. In scientific and technological development, industry grow up and under population increase, bring serious environmental disruption and social effects of pollution ,and then making great efforts to seek control of pollution and care environment.
The construction project of the traffic is very great to the influence of human living environment and biological living space. The range of transportation construction is tremendously extensive, for example： Roadway，Railway，Rapid transit，Airway，Ocean shipping etc. This research is focus at the roadway and railway, reorganizing the basic construction suitable for environmental impact factors by way of the literature review, and obtaining "Natural environment", "Ecology", "Landscape and Amusement ", "Social economy", "Pollution and Interference" and 26 items of environmental factor as the appraisal criterion. The research carries out a questionnaire survey of expert' opinions by using「Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process（FAHP）」 to compared with the roadway and railway the importance and the difference.
The roadway and railway construction also has affected the ecological environment, advocating the engineering construction should unify the ecological environment influence and the development plan for two all advantageous development way. |
