  Nowadays, Enterprises are in a huge competition that each company searches for cooperation. By improving on information technology has made company more easily to integrate their sources. The more efficiency a company can do, the more advantages it can takes.   Supply chain including raw materials, production scheduling, inventory, distribution-network etc. Considering multi time period, this research propose a three echelon production-distribution model incorporating multi-factory, multi-distribution centers, multi-retailers to combine production strategy and inventory strategy. Furthermore, factory production adopt a Lot for Lot production, distribution center adopt a (s,S,R) inventory policy.   In a numerical example, this study use assumed data to demonstrate the solving process of the model. And discuss the characteristic of this model through sensitivity analysis.
