Summary

The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic spread worldwide, which has a major impact on the International Meat Market and trade in the world economy. The main performance is the sharp decline in world economic growth and recession. The global supply and demand of meat will shift from relatively adequate supply to insufficient supply.
The development of meat industry has an important position and role in the development of the world's society and economy . This study analyzes the direct and indirect effects of COVID 19 by means of system simulation, and studies the problems of related industries
and supporting industries, which is conducive to the overall grasp of the development of meat industry chain. Th e results show that China's industrial logistics is affected by the population and consumption of COVID 19. This can also give the government departments a good response to COVID 19, so as to improve the overall development capability of the industry.
In summary, the simulation results of the pork order supply chain show that the severity of the new crown epidemic has a positive or negative impact on major elements in the supply chain. The variablesthat have a positive impact are pork consumption and avera ge pork consumption per capita. , Pork supply and pork slaughter, the negative impact variable is the implementation effect of the upper, middle and lower reaches. The simulation of the system dynamics model can see the changes at a specific point in time according to the initial settings of the supply chain system, so that relevant methods can be used at the appropriate time to predict other variables in the
model.
