| Summary | In this project, we will construct an reservation-based handicap vehicle information service system. User can easily get the transport service through telephone or mobile APPs. Transportation service will be accessible by telephone, fax, website, and mobile devices. Supervision and auditing will be quickly and effectively conducted by the administration department. Vehicle and personnel management and scheduling will also be more efficiently executed by the operator. A demonstration area will be established. Training, seminar and conference will also be included.A complete set of measures will be introduced later to ensure long-term operation of reservation-based handicap vehicle service. The expected benefits of this project include fulfilling more needs of handicap transportation service, environmental protection, and assisting people with disabilities and the elderly to expand their living spheres. Application of this project can provide the Ministry of Transportation and Communications and the Ministry of Health and Welfare the important reference for policy development, as well as providing the local government and handicap vehicle operators with an information system to aid in the daily operations for vehicle reservation, dispatch and audits. |
