and carriers, ships, ship owners, cargo owners, logistics operators, etc. In the future, there will be industries that combine smart technologies, such as 3~5PL, autonomous driving, and smart shipbuilding, digital public association, innovative maritime talent cultivation and research, technology consulting industry, maritime technology arbitration, and digital shipping.
As the development and application trends of emerging technologies will bring about tremendous changes and change the competitive driving force of the maritime industry, to enable the maritime-related industry to ride the next wave of innovationdriven growth and improve the value chain, the world's most competitive Port countries (such as Japan, Port of Rotterdam, Port of Singapore) and maritime-related industries have gradually adopted the attitude of joint efforts and co-prosperity in the strategy of operation management and sustainable development. The purpose is to transform their domestic maritime industry ecology and cooperation model into an innovative maritime ecology system, and assist the government in the development and digital transformation of smart ports.
This research will focus on the international benchmarking port management/operating units as the main research scope and subject, and extend to partners such as educational research institutions, new entrepreneurs, consulting service companies, venture capital industry, incubators/accelerators, and demonstration areas and competitions that nurture innovation, to gain an in-depth
