| Summary | The purpose of this research project is to apply ISO 9000 Quality Systems into engineering administrative organization to raise administrative efficiency and the quality of whole Public Construction. In this article, first, there is a brief introduction to the ISO 9000, and it directly points out the promoting procedure and caring affairs. Second, take TANFBWCO as an example. There are ongoing visits and assessments to the three institutions TANEEB, TANFB and TRUPO. According to the result of these visits and the promotion experience of TANFBWCO and ISO 9001 code, the aspects and key points for promotion of engineering administrative organization, and ISO 9000 Systems and notice were brought out. In order to provide further understanding, a list of examples for every procedure and form is available for references. We hope the research report can serve as a reference for every institution who would like to promote the ISO 9000 Quality Assurance Systems, and let’s work together to raise the quality of Public Construction. |
