| Summary | In order to strengthen the international competitiveness of Taiwan's transport logistics related industries and to enhance our international standards and the quality of international transport services, it is necessary to understand the investigation content of the international transport logistics competitiveness index and the application mechanism of various countries so as to further integrate with the international standards of the transport logistics services statistics and establish a set of indicators that are in line with Taiwan 's national economy and industrial transport logistics competitiveness index system. Three main axes were explored in this study: firstly, we constructed the Taiwan Logistics Performance Index (TLPI) which measures the competitiveness of Taiwan's overall transport logistics; secondly, in order to grasp the trends of international logistics and respond to international competitiveness indicators, we consolidated the current transport logistics development and major forward-looking issues at home and abroad; finally, through the establishment of a knowledge management system, we input the results of this study and the outcomes of the previous plan to transform experience into knowledge, allowing all parties involved to learn from and carry out knowledge sharing. |
