　　With the progressive development of science and technology, the ability to create, maintain and commercialize intellectual property rights is considered a significant index for the research competition. In fact, how to create IP rights based on previous researches has been a critical worldwide issue to many enterprises and academic institutes. In order to keep the valuable experience and knowledge of IOT researches, suggest the proper IP strategy for IOT and create value-added of IOT researches, the project introduces the knowledge management system (KMS) for internal and external use. With the sustainable development of KMS, transportation technology can be efficiently promoted and knowledge can be migrated successfully. At the same time, the project will choose several technology development researches and provide these researches an intellectual property total solution furthermore. The intellectual property total solution would be provided based on different types of researches. The total solution service includes suggestions of research topic, license strategy, patent application, FTO and legal issue. Through a series of intellectual property and KMS services mentioned above can truly maximize the IOT's R&D value.
