　　The traffic big data analysis is an important development direction of MOTC.( Ministry of Transportation and Communication). This research aims to collect needs from relevant stakeholders to identify the priority developing areas (including public transit) and design the developing plan. In addition, this research extends the results of previous research to broaden the width and depth of traffic big data analysis based on the proposed platform. By laying a solid foundation and the corporation of the regional transportation research centers, we hope to assist the improvements the public transit service quality.
