　　World Health Organization announced the global data about the traffic accident deaths. About 27% of all death people are pedestrians and bicyclists. In Taiwan, About 17% to 22% of all death people are pedestrians and bicyclists in the traffic accident. And the degree of injury of the pedestrians and bicyclists are more serious than vehicle user. Therefore, how to ensure the pedestrians and bicyclists safer in the road that is the important subject for our government.

　　In the first year of this research has builded a mobile app to survey and collect the unsafe data of the road. The traffic expert analyzed this data and suggested the prescription. Then, we used the virtual reality and augmented reality to combine the expert’s prescription to develop the other APP system. Road user can use this APP to learn about traffic information about road safety. In the second year of this project, we will improve this two APP system and start to plan to popularize this system.
