| Summary | The economic developments and political conflicts are in a dilemma in Cross-Strait relations. The navigation administration systems have been shaped into two different types after fifty years since the ROC government’s relocation to Taiwan. Under the direct transportation scenario in the future, the problems associated with the different navigation administration systems of both sides are examined and then the countermeasures are proposed in the study. With the preservation of national dignity, security and order as prerequisites, it is hoped that both sides will cooperate well in marine matters to promote the expansion of bilateral economic contacts and create a both-winning situation. |
