| Summary | This study collects the APEC promoting “Supply Chain Connectivity Action Plan” activities to follow APEC “Trade Facilitation Action Plan”, and analyzes domestic and foreign supply chain situations and the topics in viewing of the APEC supply chain Connectivity. Understanding above, some suggestions in response to the needs have been propose in this study. The important conclusions and the suggestions are as follows: To reach the goal of APEC achieving “the time, the cost and the uncertainty” all reduce 10% by 2015. What should we do the first is strengthen the logistics entrepreneur competitions, the second is to complete the necessary infrastructure development, the third is to integrate the systems and information standards, the forth is to meet the synthesis effect and to expand the international cooperation, depending on promoting of the supply chain connectivity plan. To encourage public and private sectors cooperation, it is necessary to gather necessary funds and resources to strengthen the logistics and the supply chain links connectivity. Taking the chance of signing the ECFA between cross strait, can build up the cross strait supply chain connectivity and encourage the cross strait trade business. |
