| Summary | This research consists of two parts. The first part concerns the review of maintenance agreement and amendment to manual on planning and operation of road landscaping. For this part, in-depth interviews were conducted with eight landscaping experts, and professionals in landscaping field from industry, government and academia were invited to hold a conference on amending maintenance agreement. By issuing and collecting more than 100 questionnaires, concrete results for the amendment have been achieved. The second part regards the establishment of a road landscaping information platform. After the prototype of the platform has been constructed, the platform is adjusted and modified based on the opinions of experts, and then completed. The completed platform offers authorized personnel convenient access to relevant documents on the legal regulations as well as other information related to road landscaping. It also allows for the quick exchange of information between those experienced in road landscaping and allows them to promote and improve upon effective road landscaping tactics. |
