Summary | Following the Phase 1 study, the research project further studies the safety management mechanism and other related matters of the integration and activities of hazard prevention & rescue system of underground stations, especially those co-located MRT, TRA and HSR stations. The main items of the research project include: - Study, analyses and suggestions about the safety management system of hazard prevention & rescue of underground rail transport (MRT, TRA & HSR) stations. - Collection and study of the reference documents related to safety management of hazard prevention & rescue - Upgrading of the existing database - Demonstration of the computer simulation results of the hazard prevention & rescue of co-located rail stations in fire - Conclusions and recommendations. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background and research contents of the project. Chapter 2 is review the facilities of Taipei Station based on the architecture design principles、 the new codes of “the prevention facilities and safety equipment of the underground rail stations and tunnels”, which announced by MOTC in the year of 2008、 NFPA 130。Chapter 3 focuses on the fire analysis of Taipei co-located Station, and the plan (SOP) of hazard prevention。Chapter 4 is review the facilities of hazard prevention and safety analyses,especially in the system of hazard prevention、 the system of emergency rescue、review and mitigation measures。Chapter 5 is the animation of emergency evacuation and routes in Taipei co-located station。Chapter 6 focuses the review the animation result of Taipei co-located Station,and provides the suggestions. Chapter 7 is the conclusions and suggestions based on the study results of chapter 2 to chapter 6. |
