| Summary | Published in February 2003 IOT SERIAL No. 92-5-4161，222 pp. Following the project “Line-based Cost Calculation System of Domestic Shipping Industry”, the study continues to process trial plan through the supporting data of domestic shipping industry. Besides, the study uses fuel consumption, ship navigation staff wage & non-ship navigation staff wage of thirteen cost items to explore more practicable calculation formula, and construct the check table to evaluate the cost calculation software. The study also defines the allocation method of passenger-cargo cost adjusting, through the classifying method to coincide the practical demand. By interviewing shipping industry and harbor management authorities and holding two seminars to collect data and opinions about adjusting or increasing the function of cost calculation software, we constructed new cost calculation software under the Web operational environment. The advantages and defects of the new findings are compared and discussed in the study. The Heng-An I ship was chosen to process the practical test and validation process of software. Results indicate that the software can operate reasonably. It will be applied to other domestic shipping lines next year. |
