Summary	The purpose of this study is to assume the safety of Taiwan international airports under ICAO aerodrome standards to provide a base for developing Taiwan as a hub of international air transportation.   This study investigates the emergency rescue capacity around the international airport, and the emergency rescue plan for an international airport hazard. The results of this study provide a recommendation for the related decision markers.
