Summary	In this project, we used the HTML and CGI technique to establish an Intranet web server for the Institute of Transportation (IOT). The major parts of the web server include: a BBS system, the IOT rules information query system, the IOT library query system and WWW links to many transportation related web servers. We also designed a query system for the transportation-related researches implemented by the government departments from 1994 to 1997.
