Summary | This project aims to explore the development and sustainability mechanisms of future MaaS services by sequentially expanding domestic MaaS services. Building upon the achievements of the previous phase, this project not only investigates the content of foreign MaaS services but also delves into the application refinement of data collected from the previously defined MaaS services to formulate Taiwan's data application issues and analysis recommendations. Additionally, taking Taichung City's MaaS as a case study for analysis and implementation, this project provides a reference for other counties and cities. Furthermore, to diversify the scope of MaaS services, this project explores how MaaS services can collaborate with Taichung go and MeNGo services and develops relevant implementation methods and application issues to formulate reference guidelines for future cross-region collaboration of MaaS services. Moreover, by considering the current social service inclusivity, this project collects existing inclusive declarations and definitions and explores how MaaS services can make MaaS service user groups more diverse and inclusive for various MaaS service stakeholders, formulating execution strategies for each stakeholder under the future vision of promoting service inclusivity in Taiwan. Additionally, considering the sustainable promotion and operation of current MaaS services, this project proposes the establishment of a MaaS service organization as a key suggestion for the future development of MaaS in Taiwan and defines the role and organizational content of this organization, serving as a critical basis for the sustainable provision of future MaaS services. To execute the aforementioned work items, this project explores cross-region issues and inclusive opinion collection through the collaboration between Taichung go and MeNGo services. By conducting actual field trips, this project grasps the feasibility and practical reference value of the cross-region cooperation mechanism and inclusive exploration scope planned in this project, which can be referenced for future cross-region cooperation of relevant MaaS services or the improvement of inclusive functions of MaaS services. |
