| Summary | The current parameters of vehicle operating cost (VOC) used in Taiwan are from “The Survey Analysis of Vehicle Operating Cost and Promotion Application of Economic Benefits Evaluation for the Transportation Construction Project” published by the Institute of Transportation in 2010 and 2011. Considering the previous survey is 10 years ago and the overall domestic economic environment and vehicle technology are different in the past 10 years, therefore, it is necessary to review and analyze the applicability and important issues of the current vehicle operating cost data, and re-investigate and update the parameter values to facilitate the economic benefits evaluation results of transportation construction projects to be more accurate and credible. |
