| Summary | The public transport development policy of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) in Taiwan’s eastern area is ”The Rail Transport is the main scheme ,the Road Transport project is the secondary”. Therefore, for the daily needs of tourists and visitors to the needs of the general public, the provision of seamless Rail-Road Intermodal Passenger Feeder Services has become an important issue of urgency. We survey the current Rail-Road transport feeder services in Taiwan’s eastern area, and scan the gaps with seamless index of it. We propose the strategies to improve the situation and supporting the effective measures. |
