| Summary | This study project is mainly a continuation of the expansion plans for "Harbor Environmental Information Network" system functions and applications, 104 annual research scope and specific results are as follows:
The degree of annual study of overall satisfaction survey this year is 94.4% satisfaction, and 5.4% dissatisfaction (1 case). This case should be excluded since the reacted problem is not caused by any service or function of this project provided, so the overall satisfaction of service and function of this project should be subjected to a high degree support. The main result of tasks are as follows： First, the harbor environmental information network applications, database maintenance increasing the statistical features and the related demonstration of sea meteorological data, minimal scale harbor area mold, blue highway new sailing and demonstration, cruise route included, KML file reference query function, port, dock tide real time depth and overflow flood forecasting, and database integration of sea meteorological information also completed the integration with the water resources agency (offshore hydrology centers). Second, the harbor environmental information website update, function display and maintenance completed the style and design revision of webpage in Chinese version, multi-element display systems development, and the further application of google map in the fine-scale regional model of harbor, port, dock tide real time depth and overflow flood forecasting KML file reference layer and query function. Third, sharing and application of sea meteorological information finished the evaluation of sea meteorological data exchange format with the ministry of economic affairs water resources agency (offshore hydrographic center). In addition to user meeting have been held this year, but also cooperated with the harbor technology research center of science and technology organized "100-103 executive yuan disaster prevention and relief applied science and technology program overall results will be published disaster and risk management international seminar" and the central weather bureau organize the "life of the meteorological weather and traffic special exhibition" to promote the sharing of objectives sea meteorological information.
