Summary | This study project conducted simulations and practical testing of road pavement environments. Various design criteria for tags, which are used for managing and locating underground manholes, were obtained by employing RFID technology. The test results showed that selected industrial underground tags are effective for locating underground manholes in large ranges. RFID can be used to precisely locate underground manholes. This study further analyzed information integration methods used in road basic data management systems and manhole RFID, thereby proposing the application model and promotion strategy for using RFID in manhole settlement projects. |
