Summary	Based on the impartial traffic concept for serving every individual, this project has planned a privileged taxi transportation service for the disabled.   There are many subjects in this project, such as the study of taxi system characteristics, the taxi service advantages, the market differential of taxi services, the functional role of taxis in the barrier-free traffic environment and the characteristics of the need of the disabled for taxi services.   For the privileged taxi transportation service, the study has also designed a logo system, a marketing plan and a model of the operation management. Furthermore, a method has been established for the users' satisfaction evaluation and the assessment of the transport operators' efficiency.
