| Summary | This report shall analyze not only transportation amount and capacity trends for personal and public transport from the 2007 to 2011 Lunar New Year but also the effects of 27 measures for 18 indices including the meanings of transportation amount, and capacity, as well as the level of service for 2011’s Lunar New Year.
We reviewed the level of service and the effect of the measures for highways and found that three measures, the control for high occupancy vehicles, the seal for entrance lamps and the suspension charge from 0 A.M. to 7 A.M. were the most effectives. Taking an additional bus or train was the most effective measures in regards to the effects of public transportation. Lastly, several conclusions and suggestions are provided. |
