| Summary | In this project, the issues of green transportation and logistics concerned by international organizations, the initiatives for Green New Deal raised by developed countries and the status of development of green logistics in the international ports are collected and analyzed. Furthermore, the status and strategies of green logistics in Taiwan’s industries are analyzed in this project. Additionally, this project attempts to develop the strategies of green logistics in Taiwan’s Free Trade Zones (FTZs).
To achieve this objective, several methods including literature survey, interview, discussion forum, Kano model, SWOT and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) are utilized, and the companies which have been operated in Taiwan’s FTZs and which have the willing to be operated in Taiwan’s FTZs are taken as the subjects of questionnaire survey in this project to study the issues concerned by stakeholders, and to propose the strategies of developing green logistics in Taiwan’s FTZs. By synthesizing the results of analysis, this project not only analyzes the opportunities and challenges of developing green logistics in Taiwan’s FTZs, but also proposes seven strategies for developing green logistics in Taiwan’s FTZs. The concrete strategies as well as the short-term, mid-term and long-term policies and schemes can be the substantive references for developing green logistics in Taiwan’s FTZs. |
