| Summary | Large vehicles often cause serious casualties after traffic accidents. In order to reduce the possibility of traffic accidents in large vehicles, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications proposed the project "Promotion Plan of Installing Safety Equipment for Large Vehicles" and the project was approved by the Executive Yuan in 2017. Among the action plans in this project, it includes subsidizing four kinds of vehicle safety equipment, a driving vision assistant system, a turning and reversing audible warning device, close-proximity vision devices, and a radar detection system.
