| Summary | Required by mandates in the "Alternatives of Promoting Public Transportation Services" promulgated by the Executive Yuan in 1995, this study has analyzed the existing transport environment to provide an improvement plan for Hualien County. Its purpose is to enhance the operating efficiency of the public transport network as well as individual operators. In order to facilitate its overall implementation in the future, this study has also presented a demo plan, which includes a timetable, procedure and major activities, for reference. |
