| Summary | Because of the long construction period and high risks, the transportation construction projects are likely to encounter some difficulties such as unable to be completed smoothly unless constructed by an experienced contractor with good reputation and prestige. If the breach of contract can’t be rectified appropriately, the authority would need to terminate the contract to avoid delay of the construction projects. To resolve those problems, this study reviewed the related contracts about contract breach and proposed some new objective determination standards. Besides, this study developed a feasible warning system which connected the characters of related aspects in order to monitor the contractor and decrease the disputes. |
