| Summary | This report summarizes the second year work of a two-year (2004-2005) project. In addition to updating data and improving the “Analysis and Evaluation System of Events Link Data”, data during 1999-2002 from Yes-Chain and No-Chain is used in the application fields according to the results and suggestions from the study of 2004. The major applications are as follows. Firstly, a web query system for specialists is built. Secondly, a tailored method of improving linkage rate is examined. Thirdly, a set of required data is provided to support other projects, for example, “Advanced Safety Vehicles.” Finally, the potential of applying data mining techniques is explored. |
