| Summary | Electric Bus is a good choice for sustainable development and green transport. In Taiwan, several important central government authorities, such as the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Environmental Protection Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, are working together to support the electric bus industry. Fleet sizes are increasing: since 2011, 12-meter buses 6-meter buses have grown to 77 and 36, respectively. Besides, the Executive Yuan also announced that in the next decade more than 10,000 electric buses will be produced.
