| Summary | In this study, we exaime the impact evaluation of traffic control signals with final count down devices. We also define several factors that traffic engineers must consider while designing a final count down device of a traffic control signal including road safety, efficiency, traffic signs, markings, and signals hardware (i.e., installation configuration and short circuits), and software (i.e., phases, timing plan). The goal of this study aims to serve as a reference for all local governments to improve their traffic signal design. |
