| Summary | Published in March 2004 IOT SERIAL No. 93-34-782, 170pp. Because the harbor basin dredging specifications formulated by the Harbor Bureaus in Taiwan and the Public Construction Commission of the Executive Yuan vary, this study aim to solve the problems in differences. In order to provide a consistent standard to prevent the same problems from occurring again, and to improve the quality and technique of dredging, the dredging technique and covenant specifications were studied. Meanwhile, the existing dredging specifications of each Harbor Bureau and the Public Construction Commission of the Executive Yuan were also reviewed and modified to provide standard specifications (draft) of coincidental application principle. |
