| Summary | The study is focused to find out, through interviews and discussions, the tasks and needs regarding landscape improvement for the highway maintenance department and the planning, design and construction supervision firms. In accordance with the principle of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), “The Roadscape Planning Manual” is drafted with reference to the internal and foreign reports and case studies in the fields of landscape design and improvement of highways. It is expected that this handbook will serve as a SOP for guidance and checklist for each highway construction units, including, planning, design, landscape improvement and maintenance departments. |
