| Summary | In order to provide a convenient tool to analyze highway capacity and level of service, I.O.T. have developed the “Taiwan Highway Capacity Analisis Software 2010,” which is based on the “Taiwan Highway Capacity Manual 2001” and recent related local research papers. At present, all kinds of basic functions have been completely rebuilt as a Windows 98/ME/2000/XP application. In order to make the software THCS2010 to perfection, I.O.T is now releasing the project to promote software THCS2010. IOT is going to publish the revised edition of “Taiwan Highway Capacity Manual 2010”, the major works will focus on revising and updating of the current software. The technique report includes information about the design principle of software, introducing the develop tool, the format and function of every system. |
