| Summary | Recently, mobile communication has spread widely, and the cellphone products are produced in various type and more functions. Now the functions of cellphone are not just for communication but also for internet, GPS, map information, uploading relative data and social network interactive. In the traditional traffic information gathering aspect, traffic raw data collection mainly depends on the road-side equipment and floating car method, but because of the high popular rate and high locating ability, the idea of using cellular phones to gather traffic information is induced. According to the technical character of wireless communication theory, it still has the issues of locating error and privacy right. The research will discuss the relative issues of gathering the information and data by using cellular phones, and then bring up the advices of incoming limitation and problems of developing the system. |
