Summary	This project is the extension of the previous project - "The Operation and Maintenance Report of the Demonstrated Dynamic Bus Information System in Hsin-Chu City". To further improve this demonstrated bus information system, the two-way communication technique is adopted to provide connection between bus drivers and the dispatching control center. And a fleet management system with graphic user interface is developed to provide real time bus location information for dispatching people to perform bus dispatching or scheduling in real time.
