| Summary | This is the second year’s work of the three-year project which was conducted to restructure the curriculums and design the course content for driving education, and thereafter establish the data bank for the written examination of driver licensing. Six subjects concerning the basic knowledge of traffic regulation and safety have been finished in the second year of this project. They are: (1) Driving Manners, (2) Human Factors Related to Driving Safety, (3) Traffic Regulations, (4) Defensive Driving, (5) First Kits for Traffic Accidents, and (6) Economic and Ecological driving. For each subject, a teacher’s handbook is prepared with supplementary materials for teaching, and some experimental items are also designed for the written examination of driver licensing. The report appendix contains the curriculums and designs completed by the study, which include six subjects, supplementary materials, unit curriculum, written examinations, and evaluations. |
