Summary | The domestic air transport market has been growing tremendous and the competition among airlines has also become fierce since the so called “open sky”policy was adopted by authorities. With the limited market and resources in air transport, the issue of how to make the optimal allocation has to be resolved. By focusing on the civil aeronautical rules and regulation, domestic and international air transport market environment, and the growth and potential of passenger volume, this study has thoroughly examined regulation on entry, fare and other items of the current air transport policy. Alternatives for the future air transport policy on regulation are provided for reference. |
