| Summary | Elements related to cabin safety include flight crew, passengers, cabin crew, cabin facilities, external environment, safety regulations, cabin safety information, public communications, the process of taking care of ill passengers ,disruptive behavior, and dangerous substances. These abnormal events demand immediate response to avoid consequences that may affect flight safety and the safety operation of the flight crew. This study is to investigate issues related to cabin safety of Taiwanese airlines and summarize the relevant domestic and international laws and regulations, operation rules or handling practices to provide the relevant units a communication platform and then propose standard operating procedures (SOP) to enhance the airline service quality and then further deal with these abnormalities and decrease the factors that may endanger the flight safety. |
