| Summary | This study proposes alternatives of toll collection of Hsihchih and Chidu toll stations and then evaluates these alternatives by the criteria of economy, efficiency, equity, regulation and implementation. The results show that collecting toll of one-direction only (northbound users pay current full toll, southbound ones are free) is the best one among all the alternatives. |
