| Summary | According to the global development and application trends of the intellectual property, we can know that global industries have put great emphasis on the patent portfolio and patent application. Therefore, research on technology and intellectual property rights must proceed together to ensure that the innovative findings can be protected and implemented properly. By studying the development trends of relevant global patents, the proper innovative technologies can be developed to upgrade domestic industries. In view of this fact, we have studied issues related to intellectual property rights to help the MOTC complete science research projects, and to help the IOT enhance the efficiency and performance of patent application and technical authorization of its innovative research results.
In addition, as establishing a knowledge management mechanism can enhance an organization’s learning efficiency and construct its learning culture, and offering the knowledge sharing service can promote scholarly communication and prevent waste of research resource and capacity, we have followed the rules of the Statue for Industrial Innovation to maintain the IOT’s knowledge management system, and integrated the IOT’s innovative research findings with international patent documents to offer the online knowledge sharing service for the public. The results of this research project can greatly enhance the innovative technology development of domestic industries. |
