In order to overcome the steadily increased traffic incidents. The analysis and evaluation of traffic incidents have been applied and introduced as the prevention policy. The Institution of Transport, MOTC has completed the project on the planning report and technical reference manual for improvement tasks at potential disturbance locations in Year 2002 as the reference for road traffic improvement. To promote and assist the government in improvement work by equipping them with better tools and knowledge, to we have, based on the results of the above project, further developed computer application software to be used as the basic tools for education training. The project could provide technical support while implemented on the improvement tasks for potential disturbance locations, and also serve as a good reference for the promotion and distribution for road disturbance analysis. |
