| Summary | This project explored the industries of taxicab, tourist bus and truck services, whose franchise mechanism had made diversified impacts to regulator(government), operators and customers for a long time. Therefore, by deep interviewing with opinion leaders of the relative fields, we identify the characteristics of said industries and the background of their franchise mechanism. After analysis of such mechanisms' impacts, a series of improvement goals and action plans are proposed for said industries. The conclusions and recommendations are helpful for the regulator to maintain a healthy environment of taxicab, tourist bus and truck services. |
