Summary

With the progress of technology, cellular data is used to analysis the origin and destination of passengers in the field of transportation. However, the cellular data may be incomplete due to the user behavior, connection to Wi-Fi, and so on. Consequently, the OD of trip will be misjudged. This study proposes a method to rationalize the trip more reasonable.
We first select the unreasonable transfer trips that there is a better station between two moves. Secondly, we search the nearest station before and after to match the Spatio-Temporal with the timetable of mode. Then, we take account of the factors like the different characteristics of mode or the number of close station. As a result, the transfer station could be modified. According to the field tests, we validate that the proposed methodology could effectively improve nearly 57% of unreasonable transfer trips
