With the rapid development of telecommunications technology, the spread of intelligent mobile devices, and the development of cloud technology, the public is increasingly in need of instant traffic information, networking and mobile applications, and integrated transportation information, so that only by making it easier for the public can one improve one's sense of well-being and even raise the competitiveness of the country and cities.

       The purpose of this project is to assist the passenger car rental industry in digital transformation. With the introduction of new technologies and intelligent services, this project aims to enhance competitiveness of the overall industry and improve a better transportation service experience for the public. Thus a whole new passenger car rental service will be expected with transparent mechanism, competitive price, instant information and integrated service.

The implementation of the project is aimed at establishing a service-driven mechanism and guidance strategy for the whole market, which can help to build an innovative industry ecosystem, build a viable business model and development strategy through system importation and service promotion, develop a sustainable business strategy, set up a service-oriented system, and accelerate the transformation of the derivatives.

The project is expected to expand the application of transportation data, enhance the development of smart transportation and improve the utilization of shared transportation and harness the operating environment of the passenger car rental industry.
