       The purposes of this project are to collect operational data during the period of e-bus subsidy project demonstration and general project implementation and set up an operational data monitoring management platform to analyze operational and travel data, thereby keeping abreast of the e-bus key indicators and operational performance review. At the same time, based on the actual operational data accumulated through this project implementation, the IDU data transmission mechanism and the Guidelines for the Introduction of E-buses have been set up. The relevant contents have been incorporated into the Directions of Subsidizing Guidelines of Demonstration Project for implementation.
       The project results include collecting the actual operational data of e-buses in Taiwan, reviewing e-bus IDU and charging facility data collection items and transmission mechanisms, tracking e-bus operational performance in the Demonstration Project, improving e-bus operational data monitoring and management platform functions, and maintaining and setting up the Guidelines for the Introduction of E-buses (draft).
The specific results in this project shall be applied for subsequent implementation by the government, bus companies, and automobile manufacturers, thereby bringing positive benefits in terms of the subsequent expansion and promotion of e-buses.
