       The main purpose of this project is to effectively enhance the risk management awareness of our country's passenger ship operations and passenger journeys, and to provide a deep insight understanding how to improve the passenger ship navigation safety practices. In addition, we will continue to review and reinforce the unfavorable factors including the degree of dangerous situation, injury and impact on passenger ships, and analyze the possible relevant dangerous situations in the navigation operations for domestic passenger ships.
       This project uses the Formal Safety Assessment (FSA), and the Risk Assessment in Ship Operations (by IACS), to produce risk assessment examples for passenger ships in order to understand the feasibility of applying different risk assessment methods to passenger ship practice. In the end, complete the counseling materials for passenger ship navigation safety risk management, and draft the practical ship demonstration plan for the implementation of navigation safety risk management for passenger ships. 
        The results of this Study can provide counseling materials for reference applications of passenger ships. It is also appropriate to organize education and training courses to guide the establishment of safety management system and to strengthen the risk management capabilities for domestic passenger ships. In addition, the practical ship demonstration plan for passenger ship of this Study can be used as a guide for establishing a safety management system and strengthening the risk management capabilities
