This project is based on “Harbor Environmental Information Website, ” maintaining system and expanding
application of marine meteorological data. The achievements of this project are as follows.
(1)Complete and maintain seven principal functions including harbor area marine meteorology (observation and
simulation), nation-wide marine meteorology, blue road, simulation information of tsunami, real-time image of harbor,
seismic information of harbor, and atmospheric corrosion inspection system within harbor area. (2) Maintain and update
marine meteorological database and enhance the function of quality control. (3) Maintain and update simulation forecast
system database. (4)Complete and maintain real-time monitoring and transmission system including image inquiry of
main harbor area. (5)Complete and maintain stability of server and database automatic transmission system in order to
integrate field marine meteorological observation and simulation data. (6) Complete and update the PC and mobile
versions of Harbor Environmental Information Website, inquiry of statistics and graphics.(7)Use LINE BOT API
application combined with website, and develop the real-time push message for ”alarm for marine meteorological
observation information” and “precaution for simulation of marine meteorological information. ” (8) Complete and
maintain the nation-wide marine meteorology, and integrate marine meteorological observation data from other
organization. (9)Complete and displace the hydrograph tools, which applied in marine meteorological observation and
simulation, nation-wide marine meteorology and water level of tsunami. (10)Evaluate and use Windy API overlay with
marine meteorology information, such as current and wind. (11)Complete and evaluate the replacement of Google Map
API, using free GIS platform and graphic design to decrease the usage quantity. (12)Complete and integrate the
timetables of fixed shipping lines of blue road, and result in control the shipping lines information by users. (13)Use
google analytics in analyzing PC and mobile version website, including factors such as how do user brows the website,
average work time and traffic source, etc. (14)Complete the user seminar and satisfaction investigation of website. (15)
Complete on-site services including marine meteorological observation and simulation information collection and
transmission, database management, website maintenance and gather statistics and graphics.
Through the integration of multiple application services in this research, it is hoped that in practical application,
providing the use of sea meteorological information of relevant management units, including marine meteorological
observation data and simulation data within the harbor and sea areas, and the sea meteorological conditions of the blue
roads on the sea, in order to improve the service of disaster prevention information. As a reference for disaster relief in
subsequent strains and emergencies.
