With the development of information technology and the diversification of transportation, the meaning of commuting is no longer a node-to-node movement, but to provide the one-stop service of a convenient and diversified transportation system through the integration of information, tickets, and cash flow. This project was mainly focused on the project management and the verification of MaaS (Mobility as a Service) system establishment in Kaohsiung. To ensure the stability and availability of the system, the work progress of the cooperatives was regularly tracked, and the variety of documents were written and handed in. Furthermore, the API developed by the cooperation was tested and discusses possible ways of implementation in the future listed as listed below:

  1. To provide services that are closer to users’ lives, more public transportation systems and connection services should be integrated, different levels of regulations should be laid down, and certain supplementary procedures should be executed apart from improving the current transportation service.

2. By continuously introducing project management and supervision mechanism and acquiring international third-party authentication, the efficiency of MaaS service can be higher and related work progress and system quality can be ensured.

3. To reach a win-win situation between the transportation industries and operation teams as well as improve the execution efficiency, commercial negotiation personnel is suggested to be part of the execution team in the future.
