運輸計劃季刊稿約

1. 本刊歡迎國內外有關運輸之工程、經濟、規劃、管理、資訊等未經刊登於其他刊物之中、英文研究論著；已刊登者，雖使用語文不同、題目更改、或內文經改寫，均不接受投稿。已於國內外會議發表之論文，不論有無收錄於其會議資料中，除經大幅修改者外，均請作者提附該會議主辦者之同意書，並於論文中加註說明。論文如屬接受公私機關團體委託研究出版之報告書之全文或一部分或經重新編稿者，作者應提附該委託單位之同意書，並於論文中加註說明。交通部運輸研究所同仁擬投稿件如屬所內已結案或未結案之計畫者，應依照本所出版品管理作業要點第十一條之規定辦理。凡由本刊主動邀稿者，不受上述各項限制。
2. 為便於一次刊出，來稿以二萬五千字為限，其中應包括三百字以內之摘要一篇及三至五個關鍵詞，並請註明姓名、身分證字號、戶籍地址、服務單位、職稱、聯絡地址及電話。
3. 中文稿之題目、作者姓名、摘要及關鍵詞均請附英文。文稿中需註釋處，請標明上標無括號序碼，並請從題目、作者介紹開始，往下連續編號，再於引註當頁下方加橫線排印註釋。文稿中之數學式，函數請排正體字，變數請排斜體字。圖及表中之中文字請排細明體，英文字請排Times New Roman體，圖原則上不加框，表之框線均採細線。
4. 參考文獻請按出現序排列，文稿中提及時請標明上標加括號序碼，參考文獻必須是文稿所引用者始得列入，且參考文獻內容必須依本刊規定格式完整無缺列入。參考文獻中，英文之逗點、句點均採英國式排於引號外。本刊參考文獻編排規定格式及範例如下：
• 期刊論文：作者姓名（姓在前名在後），論文篇名，期刊名稱，卷期，出版日期，起迄頁碼。
  中文例： 李家儂、林楨家，「用於都市地區活動分布之灰色TOD規劃模式」，運輸計劃季刊，第三十四卷，第一期，民國九十四年，頁63-91。
  英文例：Cervero, R. and Kockelman, K., “Travel Demand and the 3Ds: Density, Diversity, and Design”, Transportation Research A, Vol. 2, No. 3, 1997, pp.199-219.
• 圖書單行本：作者姓名，書名，版次，出版社，出版地，出版日期。
  中文例： 黃芳銘，結構方程模式：理論與應用，第五版，五南圖書出版股份有限公司，臺北，民國九十六年。
  英文例： Nunnally, J. C., Psychometric Theory , 2nd Ed., McGraw-Hill, New York, 1978.
• 研討會論文：作者姓名，論文篇名，研討會/論文集名稱，冊別（無則免列），舉辦單位，出版日期，起迄頁碼。
  中文例：溫傑華、藍武王、趙國婷，「國道客運車輛下層設置座位或臥舖接受之研究」，中華民國運輸學會第16屆學術論文研討會論文集，第一冊，中華民國運輸學會，民國九十年，頁221-230。
  英文例： Eberhart, R. C. and Kennedy, J., “Particle Swarm Optimization”, Proceedings of IEEE International Conference on Neural Networks, Vol. IV, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, 1995, pp.1942-1948.
• 博、碩士論文：作者姓名，論文名稱，學校系所，出版日期。
  範 例：陳勝智，「以大眾運輸導向發展理念進行車站地區都市再發展之探討」，成功大學都市計劃研究所碩士論文，民國九十年。
• 政府出版圖書/規範：政府機關名，圖書/規範名，出版日期。
  範 例：交通部統計處，中華民國交通統計年鑑，民國九十四年。
• 網頁資料：作者姓名/網頁機關名，網站名稱，文章篇名/連結主題名，網址，網頁下載日期。
  範 例： 交通部運輸研究所，交通服務e網通，「全國路況資訊中心」，http://e-traffic.iot.gov.tw/，民國九十七年。
5. 來稿請備一式三份，打印清楚；照片、圖片請附寄原本，凡無法清晰辨認及製版者，恕不接受；並請提供Microsoft Word 97（含以上）版本可讀檔案格式之電子檔。
6. 運輸計劃季刊編輯室對來稿在不變更其論點之原則下有刪改權；來稿一經發表，當酌致稿酬；其他刊物如需轉載，應同時徵得作者及本所同意，並註明出處。

GUIDELINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

1. The Journal welcomes the submission of previously unpublished research papers from all countries, which are related to engineering, economics, planning, management, and information processing of transportation systems. Previously published papers, even if published in a different language, with a different title, or modified contents, will not be accepted. Unless drastically revised since conference presentation, papers which have been previously presented in domestic or international conferences, regardless of whether they had been included in the conference proceedings or not, must be submitted with a letter of consent from the conference organizer, and such a presentation must be duly noted in the paper itself. Papers which duplicate or contain portions of study reports of research projects, edited versions thereof, or funded by government agencies or private organizations, should be submitted with a letter of consent from the funding agency, and this must be duly noted in the paper itself. Papers submitted by the staff of the IOT should comply with its “Guidelines for Publications”. The above terms do not apply to invited papers and articles.
2. The length of submitted papers should not exceed 25,000 characters/words, and should include an abstract of no more than 300 characters/words, as well as 3 to 5 key words, and the author’s name and position, institution, contact address, and telephone number.
3. Papers written in Chinese should also carry an English version of the abstract, including the title of the paper, the name of the author, and key words of the paper. Notes should be numbered consecutively in the order in which they first appear in the text and should be started with the title and the introduction of the author(s). References listed should be limited to all those mentioned and quoted in the text, and should be numbered consecutively in the order in which they have been mentioned in the text. The Times New Roman font should be used for the English version. Print all the mathematical equations and functions. And variables should be typed in italics.
4. The guidelines of reference formats are as follows:
•  Journal: authors (beginning with the last name), article title, journal title, volume number, publish date, and page numbers.
• Book: authors, book title, edition number, publisher, place of publication, publish date.
• Conference paper: authors, paper title, conference title, sponsor, publish date, and page numbers.
• Doctoral dissertation or master thesis: author, title of the dissertation/thesis, department, college, and publish date.
• Government publication: government authority, name of the publication, and publish date.
• Web page: author or authority, website title, article title or related link, URL, date of downloading.
5. Papers should be submitted with three copies of manuscript typed in a clearly legible form and an electronic file accessible by the Microsoft Word 97 (and above). All graphs and photographs should be submitted in originals. No illegible submissions will be accepted.
6. The Editor’s Office of the Transportation Planning Journal Quarterly (TPJ Quarterly) reserves the right to edit and make any changes to the submitted papers, provided that such editing changes do not alter the paper’s original content. Upon the acceptance of a paper for publication, the TPJ Quarterly shall remunerate the author for the contribution of the paper. The TPJ Quarterly reserves the copyright on all of its published papers, and all reproductions of such papers must receive a prior permission of the author and this journal, and meanwhile indicate the sources.
